This tireless creative has worked for over 25 years as a chef in Sweden (her home country). A key figure in the Swedish culinary scene, she has
led several renowned establishments and is very active in organizations promoting local gastronomy. <\/p>

She designs the dishes on the menu with a focus on seasonal products and Swedish celebrations. She trains the teams in culinary techniques, manages relationships with local artisans and producers. She describes herself as a “culinary translator” and adapts Swedish dishes to Parisian palates. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
