Dansukker

Dansukker is a leading brand for sugar products in the Nordic and Baltic regions. With roots going back to the 1850s in Denmark and Sweden, the company has a long and proud history in sugar production. Through the merger of several smaller sugar mills and refineries, De Danske Sukkerfabriker was founded in 1872, followed by Svenska Sockerfabriks AB in 1907. Toward the end of the 20th century, the Danish and Swedish operations merged, and since 2000, all products have been sold under a single brand — Dansukker — reaching around 30 million consumers across the Nordic and Baltic countries.

Dansukker is owned by Nordic Sugar, part of the Nordzucker Group. The brand offers a wide range of sugar products, from everyday staples like granulated sugar, sugar cubes, and syrup, to specialty items such as jam sugar, glucose syrup, and muscovado cane sugar. Known for their high quality, Dansukker products are widely used in both home kitchens and professional settings.

The brand also places a strong focus on sustainability and has expanded its range with products labeled “Från Sverige” (From Sweden), including Swedish granulated sugar and baking syrup, supporting locally produced goods and Swedish agriculture.
