Pruneller – Högtorp Gård

Organic sloe berries from Lena’s forest are brined like olives. These small green plums, pitted, have become our “Swedish olives”.
Fermented and marinated, with a balance of salty, sour and sweet. Ideal with Swedish charcuterie, cheeses and Nordic flavors. Perfect in drinks and cocktails too.

The jar contains 120g.
