- A little taste of Sweden in Paris -
Fika, a delicious and indulgent Swedish tradition.
In the heart of Le Marais and our city lives, FIKA offers you, at any time of day, a break with a taste of Sweden: pastries and hot drinks in the morning; salads and open sandwiches for a light lunch; sweet treats for afternoon tea, and apéritifs at the end of the day.
FIKA offers modern Swedish cuisine focused on local products from the forest, the land, and the water, proud to serve a cultural heritage rooted in our traditions.
In Sweden, fika is traditionally a little food break that occurs several times a day. In the past, it set the pace of long working days in the fields, because the short summer demanded high productivity and didn’t allow time to stop and sit down to eat. From morning brioche upon waking to the evening snack with family, including friendly breaks with colleagues, one could have up to seven fika breaks a day!
Take a break, switch off, and share a friendly moment, just like in Sweden.
